Giveasy Protection Guarantee
Every purchase is covered by Giveasy Protection. We hold your payment securely and only release it to the seller once the item is delivered and verified.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The item was damaged during transit.
- The item is significantly different from the photos/description.
- The item was never delivered.
⚠️ MANDATORY FOR REFUNDS
A clear, unedited unboxing video (from sealed package to item reveal) is required to process any claim. No video, no refund.
Shipping & Doorstep Delivery
Unlike other platforms, we don't make you meet strangers. We handle the pickup and delivery ourselves.
- Processing: Items are picked up within 24-48 hours.
- Timeline: Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days within Delhi NCR.
- Tracking: Real-time updates via WhatsApp and Email.
Cancellations
Before Pickup: Free cancellation within 6 hours of ordering, provided the item hasn't been picked up.
After Pickup: Once an item is with our logistics partner, cancellations are not possible as shipping costs are already committed.
What isn't covered?
Since Giveasy is a marketplace for pre-owned items, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind: "I don't like the color" or "I changed my mind."
- Fit issues: Items that don't fit your space (please check measurements in the listing).
- Disclosed wear: Minor scratches or usage marks already shown in photos.
