01. The Platform

Giveasy Technologies Private Limited (“Giveasy”, “we”, “us”) operates a managed marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of pre-owned goods. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

02. Eligibility & Service Area

Currently, our full managed service (including pickup and delivery) is strictly limited to Delhi NCR. Users must be at least 18 years of age to list items or make purchases.

03. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and real photos of the items.
• Items must be available for pickup at the scheduled time in Delhi NCR.
• Sellers agree to a service fee (commission) which is deducted from the final sale price before payout.
• Listing an item constitutes a binding offer to sell at the listed price.

04. Buyer Protection & Payments

We use secure payment gateways to process transactions. To protect both parties, Giveasy holds the payment in escrow until the item is successfully delivered and the 3-day verification window has passed.

Unboxing Video: Buyers agree that a clear, continuous unboxing video is a mandatory requirement for raising any claim regarding damage or misrepresentation.

05. Logistics & Managed Delivery

Giveasy manages the logistics process to ensure safety and convenience. While we strive for accuracy, Giveasy is not liable for minor delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party logistics disruptions within the NCR region.

06. Prohibited Items

Users are strictly prohibited from listing illegal goods, hazardous materials, counterfeit items, or items that infringe on intellectual property rights. Giveasy reserves the right to remove any listing and ban users who violate this policy.

07. Limitation of Liability

Giveasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We do not provide warranties on pre-owned items beyond the 3-day Giveasy Protection period.
